Timeline & Guidelines

Here is a general time line for your log or timber home project.

Preliminary blue print design: 
Initial preliminary stage: 1 to 2 weeks
Stage 2:                            about 2 weeks
Stage 3:                            about 2 weeks

Under real world timing, it normally takes two to three months for the completion of preliminary blue print design with customer changes.

The final construction drawing with our engineer review will normally take three to four weeks.

Our log milling schedule will normally take four to six weeks after initial request for delivery.  

Finally, you can expect your construction time to be four to six months from the delivery date.
