YOUR COMPANY SAYS THAT 120 TO 150 PER SQUARE FT. FOR A TURN KEY HOME. I HAVE NOTICED OTHER COMPANYS SAYING 200 TO 250 PER SQUARE FT. I AM IN INDIANA WHAT KIND OF PRICE SHOULD I BE LOOKING AT TURN KEY?

Based on our experience you should be able to turn key a home in the $120 - $150 per square foot range. I would suggest that you contact our local representative in Indiana and he could give you local pricing.

About how much per square foot would a home be just taken to the "in the dry stage".

Normally, the price to dry in a home runs between $14-$20 per square foot, plus the cypres package and then the other non cypress material required to get a home to the dry in stage.
