What is the price for materials for this house in log siding? Also, can this be built on stilts?

The base price with siding would come to $27,591. Yes the model can be built built on stilts.....

I'm preparing to build in Waynesville N.C. Is there a model nearby to look at? Is there a local dealerto talk to. I lve in Tallahassee, Fla.
