My question is about how much does a BK Cypress home cost per suare foot? Does that include foundation....is this cost bare bones package or actual turn key?

In general terms we are seeing cost of betwwen $115-$135 per square foot for a turn key projects here in the SE. Normally the "BK Cypress" package is only about 20%-25% of the total build out cost.
