Blue Jay Pricing
I would like to know what to expect the general range of finished home cost to be for the Blue Jay model. The home would be on a concrete slab, have conventional interior drywalls in the bedroom areas, with T&G cypress in the great room and ceiling of the kitchen/great room, but nothing overly fancy or extra dramatic. Fixtures would be standard (not luxury) bathroom/kitchen types and I'm not looking at the inclusion of the costs of appliances such as stoves (gas) and refridgerators, etc.. We are interested in CBS and log homes, and do expext to pay more for the log home. We need a basic estimate to know how much more.

You could use a square foot dollar amount of between $115-$135.00 to figure a "Turn Key" price of a home. In the case of the Blue jay that home would cost between $179,000 - $210,000 as a "Turn Key" home.
