I was wondering what the shipping would cost to Clermont Fl, 34714 for the Tennessee model. Also if I could get a rough idea of what package price is and what materials I would need to make the house weather tight. I am little confused on whether or not the kit comes as a dry in package. Thank You for your inquiry. The basic price for our Tennessee model is $75,704. The shipping cost to Clermont would between $1200-$1800.00. The additional materials required to make the home weather tight could range between and additional $8000 -$12,000 depending on various foundation and roofing factors.
