Leavy Oaks floor plan
We like the exterior look of the Leavy Oaks model but do NOT want a masterboom on the second floor. We are actually looking for a home that has the master bedroom on the first floor and a small bedroom/study/sewing room on the first floor. We want a loft area/large bedroom on the second floor for guest. Do you have plans on hand with the Leavy Oaks model with a master bedroom on the first floor with french doors leading onto the porch/sun room? Thanks

We are considering working with a rep but have NOT had any commitment as yet. We want to check out more information and attend a couple of different seminars and at least one more log home show. But for now can you send us some of the different floor plans for the leavey Oaks and Swallows Nest that have a masterbed room on the first floor and possibility a study or second bedroom on the first floor. We like the wrap around porch system and the weather protection it offers the home so we like the item of a second floor. If you have any home that are a one story, with a loft and a wrap around porch with a very large porch on the back (12') we would like to see them. We are starting to get into the home planning stage but are still about two years out from building. Thanks Mel and Jackie Norris
