Factors in price per square foot
I've seen your answer on price per square foot and what the log packages represent relative to total price to build. What are some of the things that increase price per square foot and things that decrease same?

Some of the most common things that can increase the cost per square foot are exposed roofs,basements, all walls being covered with t&g paneling, multiple fireplaces, kitchen and bath furnishings.
