What do the different packages consist of ? I'm interested in the Swallows nest. Are there different package options? What is a turnkey price for this model ? We're in Illinois

All of our models are cutomized to the customers wishes, as we supply only cypress material and Anderson windows and doors. The normal cypress material for the Swallows Nest model runs about 25%-30% of the total build out cost. Currently the Swallows Nest model turn key price is between $319,000 to $416,100.
