How much do package prices fluctuate during the year? On 11/12/07 you responded that the Swallow's Nest package was $72,133; then on 11/27/07 you responded that the Swallow's Nest package was $87,564 (20% higher). What is it today? Thank you

The current price as of 4/15/08 for teh Swallows Nest is now $97,162.00. The difference in pricing is based on three factors...11/12/07 intial pricing effective 4/15/07, revised pricing on 11/27/07 reflected the addition of material to our previous base pricing. 2008 pricing went into effect 4/15/08 and reflects even more material being added to package.
