What is the current pricing for Riverbend 3 bedroom?

I should be a little clearer, I suppose. I'm looking for pricing on cypress materials, windows, doors and coventional roofing with faux beams, to be built in Missouri on either a crawl space foundation or slab. Thanks

The material package as you described would be $42.00 per square foot for the cypress material package with faux beams and Andersen windows and doors included. The turn key price for the total project would run around $200,000 as a ball park number.
