PACKAGE PRICE PLEASE
I am wanting a package price for the following please. the Alpharetta and the Carrolton. and price for turn key and dry in. to be built in the austin texas area, travis and or williamson county. tried to contact the texas reps, havent heard back yet from them. thanks

Hi Jay! Thank you for your question. A reasonalbe turn-key budget for eigther home as an average is about $150 per sq. ft. finished. For that specific area in Texas, however, the amount may be a bit lower per square foot. I apologize that you have not yet been contacted by our area dealers. Let me find out more specifics for your area for both the turn-key and dry-in pricing and I will get back to you personally. Thank you for your interest.
