price on the yearling
i would like to know what the overall price for the yearling on turn key w/out any floor covering or cabinets and the location of the home would be in tallahassee fl. the reason for no cabinets is my grandfather built me an entire kitchen 2months prior to his death and this home fits his kitchen he made me and floor covering because i signed a contract with a builder 2 years ago and they never moved on the build and i had already purchased all the hardwood and tile for that home now the company has gone bankrupt 3 months ago and im left w/ bare acreage and alot of supplies and this is more of my dream home and im very interested in this one

The price for a Swallow Nest buil at your location would come to $350-400K.
