Hi, Theresa! Thank you for your post. While we only supply cypress materials, Andersen windows / doors and design services, a good estimate for a dried in price would be $106,000 for our package plus the local building materials for the Alabama model. Then the dry-in labor (separate contract) will range between $14 and $16 per sq. ft. for your area for this sort of project - so this would be about $130,000 dried in. We do have a promotion ongoing that ends next month that could save you some money on the cypress materials package if you are in a position to move forward on your project this year.
