Log siding exterior turn-key: Levy Oaks & Swallows
I would like to request "ballpark" turn-key pricing for the Levy Oaks with Log Siding Exterior & also ball-park turn-key pricing for the Swallows Nest with Log Siding Exterior?

A rough ball park range would be 260 - 275K for the Levy Oaks and 291K for the Swallows Nest. We always suggest that you design the home and then spec out all of the materials and building cost for your location.

One more question: You say the "ball-park" pricing for a "turn-key" Swallows Nest is $291K. What is a ballpark price for a Swallows Nest kit that is not turn-key?

I don't see plans on your website for garages? I am assuming you guys will do a non-attached garage that would match the kit plan a customer decided to go with?
